Function
The equipment is applicable to produce top-grade fresh noodles, semi-dry noodles, dumpling wrappers, Yun tun wrappers, wonton wrappers and nutrient and functional flour products.
Features
Using Switzerland chilled alloy roller or stainless roller, the production line is composed of HLJZ-25 vertical double-speed vacuum dough-making machine, feeding trough, MT3-125 primary fresh noodle flaking machine, standing dough sheet curing rack (user prepared), and MT3-125 secondary fresh noodle flaking machine. The primary flaking machine is equipped with automatic wrapper rolling devices, and the secondary flaking machine has infinite variable speed cutter, so the length of noodle can be set arbitrarily, and the noodle weighing machine can be replaced. The part of the unit contacting the flour products (except the chilled alloy roller) is made of stainless steel and non-toxic materials, which is up to food hygiene and safety standards. It is a small whole set of machine producing fresh noodles, semi-dry noodles, wonton wrappers and dumpling wrappers. (For semi-dry noodles: drying oven is also needed; for wonton and dumpling wrappers: wrapper piling machine is also needed, and molds and cutters are also necessary for man to cut.)
