Using Switzerland chilled alloy roller or stainless roller, the production line is composed of HWJZ-50 vertical vacuum dough-making machine (large machine is supported by large belt dough-making machine) , feeding trough (curing machine or disk curing machine equipped on large machine), compound flaking machine, standing dough sheet curing rack (user prepared), and uninterrupted flaking machine. The compound flaking machine is equipped with automatic wrapper rolling devices, and the uninterrupted flaking machine has infinite variable speed blade, so the length of noodle can be set arbitrarily, and the noodle weighing machine can be replaced. The part of the unit contacting the flour products (except the chilled alloy roller) is made of stainless steel and non-toxic materials, which is up to food hygiene and safety standards. It is a medium-sized whole set of machine producing fresh noodles, semi-dry noodles, wonton wrappers and dumpling wrappers. (For semi-dry noodles: drying oven is also needed; for wonton and dumpling wrappers: wrapper piling machine is also needed, and molds and cutters are also necessary for man to cut.)
