MUGIWARA BOUSHI  is aged barley Shochu that is made in Japan. It is a traditional Japanese distilled spirits made from barley. It is aged for smooth and sweet flavor with fragrant and refreshing aroma . It is prepared with traditional Japanese malt starter called SHIRO KOJI(White KOJI) and disitilled only once in its whole manufacturing process, so it retains the character of barley.  It is so smooth that it goes well with wide varieties of foods.
