The production line is made up of a beating machine for raw and semifinished materials, a curing main machine, two conveyors, two slurry- poured machines and conveyer belt machine to be stirred into even powered slurry,
then conveyed onto the heated wheel hub in the curing machine. After cured, the soft bar is scraped by a scraper and jput in a reeling shaft to cirle into a bar shape. And cut into a needed length to be colledted in the conveyer belt, through grooved rails.

The curing machine is heated with gas to give a space of a effective temperature-holding, utilizing energy reasonablely,by a automatic control system including ignition, alarm, cut-off gas genertor and temperatire control devices. The speed of wheel hub and the power slurry thickness can be regulated. The diameter of wafer bar can be changed by transferring different reeling bar shafts. T he length of wafer bar can be changed by adjusting the diaphragm aperture, which controls a shear. The creamand other infillings can be compeletely or partly poured into hollow-core wafer bar.
