Yield: 30 hl/ha. Reasonable cropping for over 20 years; Weeds are controlled in a mechanical way (hoeing-machine). Ploughing is practiced several times in the year with various depths according to the case.
Winemaking: Grapes are gathered manually in small crates, and then selected though a Conveyor belt. Steeped and squeezed with grape skin at a low temperature (3°C). Clarification and fermentation are carried out at a low temperature.
Food Pairings: “Muscat Pétillant ‘M’” is a good appetizer wine for fans of fruity sparkling wine and it is also a good companion for the dessert.
