Mushrooms Products
In the mountainous interior of Pindos and close to the National Park Valia Kalda, which is considered to be the most famous mushroom-site, there is a cottage industry that deals with the collection, processing and manufacturing of wild mushrooms. Founded by people who are organically tied with the forest, it offers a wide range of products, which are completely natural and of incomparable quality.
i) Wild dehydrated mushrooms (morchella, coprinus comatus, shiitake, plevrotus, agaricus, boletus, Judas ear, marasmius oreades, flammulina velutipes, ganoderma, zarkadisio, sheep).
ii) Mushrooms in olive oil stored in jars (plevrotus, morchella, agaricus, boletus, truffles, ledenula, porobello).
iii) Mushroom powder (powder of plevrotus, agaricus, boletus, shiitake).
iv)Teaspoon sweet (preserve)and jam from wild mushroom.
