For the preparation of brined production there are premises where mushrooms are salted and blanched. Mushrooms can be processed in 2 ways:
cooked in vapor
dry salted (in salt solution)
Brined goods sorted according to sizes, quality and categories are packed into plastic tare.
We put in brine all kinds of forest mushrooms and champignons. The largest part of our assortment makes:
