Taste: These chips looked a lot like apple chips, but they had a much more solid crunch. They tasted OK, definitely a much different taste than apple chips, and it definitely takes some getting used to if you're among those peole (including me) who have never eaten jackfruit before. But people who eat jackfruit all the time might think these are great
