NAT Softi EGGFREE is a blend of finest ingredients like milk proteins, stabilizers, emulsifiers and leaving agents. They are combined in the perfect proportions to give superior volume Cakes (Egg free & 100 % Vegetarian) which have a fine texture and soft crumb.

Mixing Process :-
1. Add water and sugar in mixing bowl (Group A), Mix at slow speed till sugar dissolves.
2. Add cake gel (Group B) in mixing bowl and mix well on slow speed until gel gets dispersed.
3. Add the Flour & Softi EGGFREE (Group C) in the mixing bowl and whip on slow speed for 1 minute, then scrape the sides of the bowl and whip again at full speed for 2 minutes, till batter reaches its maximum height.
4. Then add oil (Group D) and whip at slow speed for 30 -60 seconds, till oil is mixed completely in the batter. Do not over whip.
5. The batter is now ready for baking. Transfer the batter to the baking tins and bake at 180C for 30 minutes.
6. Remove cake from the oven and let it cool. Enjoy the pleasures of the delicious
