Brief introduction

We are one of the largest companies specialize in producing and selling honey and related products. We have total 3 factories processing honey. One is SY (Sweet Yard), which is solely invested by ourselves. One is a joint venture factory with our 30% investment. The other is a partner factory with whom we have more than 10 years’ cooperation. On the basis of high productivity, we have exported more than 4,000 tons of honey to overseas customers, including 1000 tons to Japan, 800 tons to Southeast Asia and Middle East, 2200 tons to EU (including UK, Poland, Spain, and Germany etc). Furthermore, we also sell fresh royal jelly, bee propolis, bee pollen and other bee products to domestic as well as overseas markets.

Our quality control is mainly done through following two methods. Firstly, effective organization of the bee-keeping base (self-control) which is also called Bee-keeping Association. We take a unified management, unified veterinary drugs , and unified action in bee-keeping and emphasize to make bee colony stronger. Therefore, our bees are growing up healthily in a good environment. Even though occasionally medicines need to be used, they must be arranged strictly. For this reason honey must be stored distinguished from others. Secondly, strengthen the inspection of raw materials, which means only qualified raw materials are permitted to enter into our warehouse. Qualified raw materials are all marked properly so as to be traced. At the same time, strict inspections (including factory self-inspection and CIQ sampling inspection) are also taken on finished products.

Human Resource

In the field of bee products, we have 3 advantages in human resource, the first one is we have a group of professional staffs who have been engaged in Honey Career for more than 20 years. Second is that we have our own self-control Bee-keeping Association, and our General Manager is the chairman of this Association. Third is that we have a large quantity of experienced bee-keepers and bee-keeping technicians, therefore we are able to control antibiotics residue and veterinary drugs from source of honey.

Others

Our honey is homogenized and our homogenizing tank can contain 21 tons of honey. We can put 21 to 22 tons of raw materials into production one time. There are 3 stirrers in a tank from top to bottom. Usually one lot is stirred for at least 3 hours. So, one lot is about 20 tons and is fully homogenized.
