Origin: Voronezh, Kursk, Orel regions. Mostly from
agricultural areas
The traditional time of collection: end of July to August

Specification:
Crystallization period: 1-1.5 months
After crystallization has a fine grain structure,
color from amber to dark coffee
It features a high content of iron, magnesium and protein
Minimal laboratory parameters:
Moisture: not more than 17%
Diastase activity: at least 15 Gothe units
Reducing sugars: more than 75%
Sucrose: less than 5%
HMF: negative.
Pesticides and toxic elements free.
