What is Cocoa Powder?

Cocoa  powder  (also referred to as Cocoa polyphenolics) are derived from Cacao seeds as a bitter bulk ingredient .  

Cocoa  powder is a bitter chocolate-tasting mixture that is comprised of xanthine molecules (theobromine
