Process: Manual harvest, stemming and splitting of grapes, steam cocking process at 80 C, filtering and bottled directly into the container (Bottle or bag in box). Cotrolled temperature at the cellar of 20 C. Stabilization of the components by 2 months, at 20 C, untill the components of the juice are stable. The juice could be stored for 2 years, without open it. Once opened, could be stored in the freezer for 15 days.
Accompaniments: Ligth plates, ideal for kids and for people with restrictions to alcoholic beverages or just for those who wants to control their cholesterol.
Presentation: we offer 3 differents presentations: bottle of 300 ml, bottle of 500 ml and a "Bag-inbox" presentation of 3 litters. All the bottles are just glas with a silk - paper label.
