In these carefully selected spaces the level of oxygen and the purity of the water is controlled, as is its nutritive content.
The cold sea currents, to which these kinds of spaces are open to, keep the salmon in constant movement.
One of the features that characterises the BENFUMAT NATURE salmon is its size, which is not excessively large.
The fillets weigh approximately one and a half kilos, thus providing them with a low fat content. It is the perfect size to enhance the exquisite flavour of salmon meat.
A diet completed with fish and prawns constitutes another key factor that enables us to come up with a product as delicate as the resulting Nature salmon: it is a salmon low in fat, with a well-blended flavour and firm texture.
