1) Before signing Contracts: will give some suggestion and provide detailed product information
2) After signing contracts and before shipping : Will advise processing updated status, Provide Packing photos, Inspection report, Inform in advice Shipping schedule (ETD & ETA)
3) Onced the container is loaded: Sending Loading photos, Shipping Advice and Shipping documents
4) Shipping: will track on website and inform our clients a few days earlier that the container will arrive on ... pls prepare to clear customs
5) After clients received the goods: asking them their comments on the quality, how is it sells, will the client need to order more, etc..
6)We will also tell our clients the season time for each product and suggest them to order during season time.
