Payment terms	1.After contract signed ,30% T/T prepaid,B/L is released as soon as the
	balance 70% T/T paid into our bank account.
	2.After contrcat signed,30% T/T prepaid,the remainder is paid against
	irrevocable and confirmed L/C at sight.
