1 .Our working time is   am  8:30-pm 18:30 ( From Monday to Saturday)

3.Royalway sample policy :

1)Existing sample:1-2 days. Customized samples:3-5 DAYS 

2)Sample charge policy: free sample charge for existing samples,customized sample charge will be refunded after order confirm.

1. Quality Control System (  5  Steps QC system  )

1) Pre-production QC: QC will check all raw materials/accessories/machines are in good situation before mass production start.

2) Two QC steps in Mass production.QC will inspection at the whole procedure.

3) Last QC inspection will be taken before goods shipped out the warehouse. Ensure all products   are perfect before shipping.

4) Mass product samples for each order will be well kept for long-term QC inspection.

2. Return procedures if faulty goods already shipped&received by clients.

Our strict QC procedures can ensure faulty goods rate is very very low.  If that is our problem,we will make up  new products ASAP and ship these goods to our clients by

 freight Pre-paid.If problem is on shipping  ( like crude loading/unloading),we will ask the shipping company to  take the responsibility.

We will communicate with our clients to find reasonable solutions.  However,this will happen

 in very low rate too.As all of our products will be packed in    very safe way in order to avoid  faulty products    during shipping,even crude shipping.Anyway,we are reliable supplier.  

Royalway OEM Project procedure 

1) Clients offer an idea or technical drawing,we assist client to make the 3D drawing/

 check client’s  existing drawing ( if the drawing with reasonable structure, any changes request? Etc),then to finalize the project design

2) After technical drawing approved,we will make mock up samples to proof  designs are correct.  If not,remake the drawings till all details are accurate.

3) After mock up samples approved, mold will be started. All molds are made in our own workshop. We can offer clients very reasonable mold fees and mold lead time can be shortest. Our professional  mold workers enable more than 95% molds are approved at the first time.

4) Pre-production samples sent to clients for approval.

5) Mass production start after sample approved.
