Our lamb comes exclusively from New Zealand, where the breeding conditions are ideal. The country is located in a moderate climatic area where the weather is generally warm and the temperature changes are relatively small. The lambs graze on the rich grass and the quick-growing clover, and drink from the mountain brooks and the lakes. As with our Angus beef, these conditions enable the animals to remain in the pastures all year round, without any food additives or growth hormones. New Zealand lamb is characterised by its high level of important proteins and minerals, compared to other meats that are lower in calories. Due to the geographic location of New Zealand, the strict importation regulations and the breeding on green pastures, the meat is free from antibiotics, environmental toxins and animal diseases.
