l        Estimate 1 FCL 20 ft is 1.000 cartons

l        Price is FOB Jakarta, Indonesia

l        Brand is subject to change as requested by Client

l        Payment          : LC at sight through the first class bank

  T/T 30% in advance as DP and the balance of 70%, T/T 7 days before shipment

l        Delivery          : 90 days for the first order and repeat order is 30 days after received the                                          confirmation by TT or L/C

l        Minimal order : 1 container (20 FCL)

l        Validity           : June 2009
