Description:

Taken place in The Segovia’s region, located in three departments: Estelí, Madriz and New Segovia. The territory is marked by a humid temperate and semi-warm climate. The temperature oscillates among 15-30 Celsius Degrees. Altitudes between: 1,100-1,300 masl. The biggest percentage of coffee concentrates on the Sieves that 16 go at 19 o'clock with a percentage of 90% and with percentage of 10% in the sieves below 16 o'clock.
