ORGANOLEPTIC DESCRIPTION:
Aseptic banana puree has the typical colour, odour and flavour of ripe bananas.
PROCESSING:
Produced by ripening, hand peeling, pulping, sieving and deaerating the pulp. Then, aseptically processing and packaging in pre-sterilized bags at room temperature. Available with seeds and seedless.

APPLICATION:
Confoco(R) Banana Puree is used in the same traditional uses as fresh bananas. Suitable for fruit preparations, nectars, juices, cakes, muffins, pies, bread, baby food, ice cream, yogurt and other frozen desserts and soft food diets.
SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE:
Twelve months, when stored at the recommended temperature (15 - 30°C/59 - 86°F) in sealed containers.
