Our ovens are tunnel type ovens.
-These sorts of ovens are able to roast every kinds of peanut and seed, (groundnut, almond, hazelnut, sunflower seed, pumpkin seed and etc.)
-In gas ovens, the gas never contacts with the product and ensures that the product is long-lived.
-These furnaces have a distinctive feature that can adjust the temperature ratings of each roasting room differently, without losing the flavor and aroma of the products.
-Our ovens entirely can be made of stainless steel quality(AISI 304 CrNi) or partly made of stainless steel as we call it as "Semi-chrome". (PS: -only places where the product contacts).
-Gas(compressed or natural gas) and Diesel can be used as fuel. These ovens also can be ordered to work with electricity.
-Circulation of hot air, in the first room comes from top to bottom, and in the second room goes from bottom to the top by allowing the products to be roasted evenly. Then this hot air is thrown out through the pipe.
-The tape that the product stands on is entirely made of stainless steel. – (AISI 304 CrNi). It is possible to adjust the speed of movement of this band to make the roasted products compatible with the taste of harmony.
