Our line do plastic bags in particularly compound bag like BOPP/VMPET/PE,we have fixed steps,if you need printing,first we need to make cylinder plate (this is a mould) then start to print on films like BOPP,then comound with VMPET,PE,next is cutting,cut unnecessary edge,at last make bags,when we do bag,first we need to adjust machine,then make bag.Our staff will check it when bag make it,check the side seal ,edge,zipper,bottom whether strong enough.

 

 

 

 

 

Printing:

 

1). We use recycled gravures to print films and bags,meanwhile provide 1-10 color printing 

2). Artwork should be AI,PFD,CDR format   

3). We have 2 sets of 10 colors high -speed gravures printing machines,2 sets of 7 colors,one set of 6 colors machine .

 

Lamination:

 

1). 2 or 3 or 4 layers lamination can be provide

2). We have 2 sets of high-speed dry lamination machines

3). 2 sets of slitting machines  

4). 1 set of flanging machine

 

Bag-making:
