XOil press pretreatment is the necessary part for the whole oil press plant. It involves seeds cleaning, crushing, peeling, softening, flaking and steam frying etc. The purpose of pretreatment is to remove impurities in seeds, preparing seeds in suitable forms to faciliate screw pressing.
Oil press section applies physical force to press and squeeze oil content from oil rich seeds. The main equipment is screw press, in which pre-treated material are spirally pushed through hardened worm-cage chamber to squeeze oil out. The crude oil is sent to the refinery after rough filtering.
