  1/ RBD PALM OLEIN:

• - INGREDIENT STATEMENT:
  RBD Palm Olein is obtained from fractionating Refined Palm Oil to separate liquid parts (olein) from solid parts (stearin).
  - INTENDED USE:
  RBD Palm Olein is used as cooking oil as well as frying oil for food industriessuch as snack food and ready-to-eat food. It is also used as a raw material formargarine and shortening.

100% Refined Bleached Deodorized  Palm Olein , used for salad dressing, spices, frying, cooking, high-grade dishes or vegetarian courses...

- SPECIFICATIONS:

• + Free Fatty Acid : 0.1 % max.
• + Iodine value (Wjis) : 56 - 58 - 60 min
• + Moisture and impurities : 0.1 % max
• + Colour index (5.25" Lovibond cell) : 3 red 20 Yellow max
• + Clouding Point :  10-8-6 Deg C Max.

• + Melting point (AOCS Cc3-25) : 21-24 Deg C Max.

2/ VEGETABLE GHEE (VANAPASTI):

Vegetable ghee is also known as vanaspati. It is essentially used in much of the Indian cuisine and is highly favoured for deep frying and making sweets and snacks.  . Vegetable ghee or  vanaspati is   all-purpose cooking fats and may be combined with emulsifying agents, flavors, permitted colors and other ingredients as desired. And  this product was made from 100% RBD Palm Oil.

Advantages:

• Multipurpose cooking fat
• Free from trans fatty acid
• Contains natural vitamin D and E.

Storage : It is essential to store the product in its original packing in a cool and dry condition away from direct sunlight and substances with strong odor.

Specification :

Free Fatty acid (as Palmitic ) : 0.2% max.

Moisture & Impurities : 0.1% max.

Slip Meling point : 38-43 Deg C.

Antioxidant (TBHQ) : 200 ppm max.

Additives : Vitamin A & Vitamin D (240-2400 IU / 100 g).

- Payment : irrevocable L/C at sight ; or T/T

- Minimum order quantity : 01 x 20' FCL.
