PRODUCTION
OleOlé Olive Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained from Picual olives, fulfilling the specifications of the Protected Designation of Origin "Sierra Mágina".
The olives are processed in less than 24 hours from harvest. The process to obtain this natural olive juice is always done at one temperature less than 26ºC to preserve all the olive oil properties.
OleOlé Olive Extra VIRGIN OLIVE OIL is not subject to other process of enrichment or purification after the separation of water and solids, present in the pulp obtained by grinding the olives.
