We are using the best agronomic technology seeking to preserve the nature of the fruit .In our Company, we have a modern Continuous Centrifugal Oil Extraction System of Italian origin made of stainless steel. Once picked, the olives are cold-processed , preserving their typical characteristics of aroma and natural flavors. We have a very strict Quality Program to obtain the best of the fruit. The result is a cold pressed extra virgin olive oil with high quality standards and organoleptic characteristics, which give the oil its health-protective and aromatic properties. El aceite de oliva Extra Virgen, es un aceite elaborado mediante procesos físicos, ( molienda, batido, centrifugación y decantación ) en el cual no se aplica calor ni producto químico alguno, lo que permite obtener un producto 100% natural, de excelentes características organolépticas.

La producción del Aceite de Oliva se inicia con una estricta selección de materia prima en campo, de tal forma que la aceituna ingresada a planta cumple con los estándares de calidad necesarios para garantizar la calidad y las excelentes características organolépticas del producto final. Empleamos tecnología italiana de ultima generación, mediante tres líneas de producción continua de Dos Fases. Asimismo contamos con un plan de Aseguramiento de la Calidad, todo lo cual permite extraer del fruto del olivo una autentica fuente de vida.
