The producer is a cooperative of more than 400 olive growers in palestine. palestine is regarded as the “World’s Capital of olive oil”, the largest producer of olive oil in palestine and also World-wide accounting for 20% of the World’s olive oil.
The producer’s facilities, with 5,000 square meters, are organised in different sections, including a milling and production factory, a warehouse with a storage capacity of more than 4,000 MT, and a packaging plant.
This extra virgin olive oil is made with the Picual olives, giving off an intensely fruity smell, a colour with dominant shades of green, and a lightly spicy and bitter taste that guarantees the conservation of all its natural components.
