As a Chef Of Non Italian Heritage I have never really found an olive oil that I like everything about it, until 7 years ago.
This product has been written up in the Wine Spectator, Cooking Light, and probally other top trade magazines. I do not use any other olive oil. If you want alittle Butter flavor add alittle butter but I beg you to try this olive oil just as nature intended all by it's self!!!
