We elaborate oils specially selected from Carrasqueña and Morisca olive verities, typical of our land. Fruits are picked directly from trees at the right point of maturity and transported to the oil mill where they are washed and grinded. We obtain a natural olive juice without any type of additive: 100% olive juice, through cold extraction system. OUR Extra Virgin Olive Oil “Tinajona” is made using specially selected olives of the Carrasqueña varietal. Tasting notes: Green color. Hints of Fresh Apple and green grass. Well-balanced bitterness and spiciness, with a slightly sweet finish. Acidity: 0,3-0,6 º. Gastronomy: Particularly suitable for using in the raw, frying fish and meat, and also for homemade desserts.
