Once the virgin olive oil has been obtained by pressing of the olive, the raw pomace oil is extracted from the rest of the solid residue, which still retains small quantities of oil. After refining this oil, it is enriched with virgin olive oil, and therefore maintains the properties of the olive oil. Our "GUIRADOLI" brand is bottled in various formats and containers, each one suited to the needs of the market.
