The origin of Olivion Extra Virgin olive oil is from the Peloponnese, a fine collection of olives from the area of Ermionida, collected by hand from the local trees of "Manaki" and "Koroneiki" varieties. Shortly after, they are transported to the mill, where the process of cold pressing takes place and is applied to all stages of olive oil making (elaiopoiisis) until the golden juice is produced. This process is crucial in order to maintain the sensitive qualities of the olive oil at high levels.
