The XHG series of One Head CHILI SAUCE Filling Machine is R&D with advanced technology introduced based on the filling machine technology of Starlight. This kind of filling machine is designed logically and easy to operate with a high filling precision. It’s mainly used to fill the material of semi-fluid, paste, sauce etc with grains automaticly, such as chili sauce, bean paste, peanut butter, sesame paste, jam, chafingdish etc.
Structre and Features:
1. An auto mixer is provided to mix the sauce and oil fully without blocking. The pneumatic filling valve realize a high filling precision.
2. A logical structure: The pneumatic section are composed with pneumatic elements and it’s safe and steady because all positions where contact with material are made of stainless steel that meets the requirement of GMP;
3. With the strong adjustability and adaptability, both the filling volum and speed can be adjusted arbitrarily according to production needs.
