the Weizen is a full bodied beer produced with a combination of wheat and yeast malts. It’s got a fruity palate with notes of Banana and clove. Because it doesn’t undergo filtering, it’s able to keep its natural properties to the full. Ideal to accompany high condiment foods such as German, Indian and Mexican dishes. Cheese matches: Gruyere, Emmental and Provolone. Alcohol volume: 4.6%.
