The open air ferment jar can be designed, produced and installed from 30M³ to 600M³, from cold intermediary cooling type to ammonia liquor direct cooling type, with carburizing steel material and stainless steel material, and full specifications, fitting for the different needs of beer enterprises.
The ferment jar designed by our company has the following characteristics:
1. Diameter and height ratio is 1: 3.5. According to the different capacities, 3~4 cooling belts are chosen, Ferment liquor convents commonly in jar with a high effective cooling;
2. For the cold intermediary temperature controlling ferment jar, shaping machine scenic processing shaping is a adopted in cooling belt to reduce cooling belt joint ensuring cooling belt quality and high press strength;
3. For the ammonia direct cooling type ferment jar, computer controlling processing mill board with high precision, high pressure resistance and effective temperature control;
For seal head and transitional joint, mechanical revolving press shaping is adopted with even press resistance and no deformation;
4. For main welding, mechanical automatic welding is adopted with even welding seam and high weling quality;
5. The top jar safety subassembly of the ferment jar, which absorbs foreign latest technical develoment, can rinse the inner chearly and completely without sanitary dead corner;
6. Sanitary type revolving press small cone bottom transits smoothly and beautifully with a special T seal surface design and no sanitary dead corner.
