In Tunisia, the sector of citrus fruits has an important according to the national scale and especially in the Good Cape(Cap bon) which remains the main zone of production, with about 11.000 hectares of orchards, wich presents 75 % of the total surface of citrus fruits (18.000 ha) and 85 % of the total production of the sector. The regions of Jendouba, Bizerte, Béja, Ben Arous, Ariana, Manouba, divides the 15 % which stay.
