VINEYARD:
The “Domaine des Hautes Gohardes” is located in the village of Concourson sur Layon in the appellation. This wine is produced according to the official organic European standards. The terroir in which these vines are growing is clay-limestone and schist soils. The production is about 1500 bottles per year for a 50 Hl / Ha yield giving great aroma preservation.

10 to 12 days of maceration with indigenous yeasts from the vine or the grapes and then aged in oak barrel during 9 months.
