VINEYARD:
The Domaine des Hautes Gohardes belongs to the Abionysos Organic Group of wine-makers. These vines are grown in the Anjou appellation area on clay- limestone and schist soils. The estate as an approximate production of 30 000 bottles per year for a 50 Hl / Ha yield. 11.5 % of alcohol + 17 gr of residual sugar.

VINIFICATION:
12 to 18 hours of pellicular maceration at low temperature, use of indigenous yeast naturally present on the vines and grapes.
