VINEYARD:
The Domaine des Hautes Goharde is located in the small village of Concourson sur Layon in the heart of the appellation. This wine is made from a clay-limestone and schist terroir. With a yield of 50 Hl / Ha the wine benefits from a great aromas concentration. The estate is producing 5 000 bottles per year of this superb typical white Wine from the region.

VINIFICATION:
Fermentation at low temperature, use of indigenous yeast from the vines or the grapes. Aged with wood chips (in infusion) during one month.

TASTING NOTES:
Colour: a bright straw yellow robe
Nose: white fruits aromas and Vanilla
Palate: very round, fruity and delicate

SERVING TEMPERATURE:
Aerate 15 minutes and serve at 8-10°C
