organic Cocoa (Hispaniola and Sanchez)
We control 3,000 hectares of BCS certified organic cocoa plantations. We fully comply with both EU Regulation No. 2092/91 and USDA/NOP-Final Rule. Through our strict internal control program, which tracks and documents what goes on at each farm, we are able to implement complete quality control during the different stages, which begin with the correct handling of our plantations all the way to the final loading of the containers.
