The process used preserves the freshness, natural flavor and aroma and quality of coconut cream of fresh coconuts. It is a smooth flowing liquid and creamy white in color.
Product Application: Coconut Milk is a major cooking ingredients for exotic Asian dishes such as curries, desserts and other delicacies such as pudding and rice cakes. The product is also used in formulated beverages drinks such as the popular Pina Colada, ice cream, yogurt, sauces, bakery and confectionery products, and as flavor enhancer for dairy products.
