Virgin Organic Coconut Oil
We offer high quality refined organic coconut oil harvested from the coconut palm grown in organic certified plantations in Thailand. Our coconut oil is 100% organic and free of chemicals such as fertilisers, pesticides, herbicides and genetically modified seeds. The coconut product we produce is grown and processed under systematic quality control. How is our coconut oil is produced?
There are different methods of producing coconut oil. However, we combine old reliable methods with modern technology to ensure the preservation of natural properties of the organic coconut oil.
The first aspect we carefully consider is the age of coconut as the harvesting of coconut significantly contributes to oil making process. Therefore, coconuts are around of 10-20 months when picked.
Next step, raw fresh coconut's flesh is cold pressed followed by filtering process.
As the coconut contains oil and water, the oil only needs to be extracted. For the purpose of separation we use centrifuges as a modern technique. The main advantage of this method of processing is that no chemical additives have been used. We can guarantee the high quality of our product determined by preservation of its natural composition, beneficial minerals and vitamins and fresh coconut smell.
Use of organic coconut oil
The coconut oil is being used for wide range of goals. However, researchers have been still discovering new benefits and positive effects of coconut oil on our every day lives.
Coconut oil is a composition of fatty acids. The uncommon chemical structure offers some positive effects on health due to the unique combination of short and medium chain fatty acids such as lauric (44%) and myristic (16.8%). While longer-chain saturated fats found in other product are less beneficial.
