nectar of a great variety of wild flowers and wild herbs from the mountain & forest honeydew
trees such as pine, fir , oak. Honey with dark color , light neutral aroma and sweetish taste .
Organic Forest Honey is collected from the forests of Central and South
Peloponnese (Mt. Athos Parnonas & Maenalus ) at an altitude ranging from 600 meters . - 1300 . by
early June to mid- September . An important part of the area above where you collect
mainly our honey is included in the NATURA 2000 network , which is a European Ecological
Network areas that are home to native ecotypes & ecotypes species are important in European
level .
Honey filtered carefully and packed in a period not exceeding one month from the collection
of our modern facilities directly in glass jars , then stored in a dark , dry
