Uses
Maca is cultivated for the consumption of their hypocotiles and is used extensively with medicinal purposes. Currently efforts are being made by pharmaceutical manufacturers to promote the growing and expanding their production and consumption.

It is claimed that this result helps to conserve an excellent physical condition , maintains clarity and reflections.

Description
Maca is a biennial herbaceous plant whose underground parts (hypocotyl) is edible and is valued for its nutritional value, and desserts arrosetada growing at ground level, which they did, that maca can thrive under conditions of climate far beyond the 4000 meters in height above sea level.
 
Procedures for obtaining Maca Flour
Pre toasted flour for the preparation, of this type of pre coocked flour, as a whole maca root is dried in the sun at 4000 meters, then becomes a process of selection and reception of the hypocotyl, and then to classify and disinfect thoroughly.
