These Organic pasta products line consists of most of the well known variety of pasta shapes, plus the local Greek - Mediterranean types such as frumenty (trachana), couscous, local noodles (Chylopites) etc. All ingredients are certified organic of the best quality.
Additinal types of the same pasta shapes are produced with different types of flour and favours. There are Spinach, Carrot, Tomato, Pepper, saffron flavours and more could be added uppon request.
Usage of special flours make these products exclusively nutricious: Spelt flour (also known as Dinkel), Durum wheat semolina, Whole wheat and Emmer - hulled wheat- highly nutricious flour (also known as Greek Zea or Farro in Italian).
