It is dry pasta obtained from 100% of organic durum flour. It has wetness not higher than 12,5% and residual ashes of 0,80-0,90%.
It is available in four formats: orecchiette, fusilli, capunti and cavatelli.
The pasta is packaged in cellophane bags of 500 gr. with personalized bar codes. Each carton box contains twelve (12) bags of pasta.
