We started in 1996 to develop ecological agriculture. All our products carry a warranty seal that identifies the ecological product endorsement which indicates that the product has passed all control processes. Production work for safeguarding the environment and provide consumers with high nutritional and sensory quality without the use of synthetic chemicals. We use traditional techniques, as well as the latest technology in the knowledge of pest life cycles, tools and proper equipment.
Organic Agriculture is defined as an agricultural production system whose aim is obtaining high quality nutritious foods and organoleptic, through the optimal use of renewable resources and without the use of chemicals or GMOs that may leave harmful residues health or the environment. Organic farming is a new way of understanding the work of agriculture, which is supported and controlled by all Administrations. Ecological Agriculture therefore considers the territory as an ecosystem in which the farmer is enduring expect returns without depleting available resources.
HOW DO WE KNOW THAT WE ARE EATING AN ECOLOGICAL PRODUCT?
All organic products carry a numbered the Regional Committee which carried out the last operation control. If coming from the rest of the (EEC) must bear the seal of the relevant supervisory authority.
CERTIFICATION CONTROL
The Aragonese Organic Agriculture Committee, is a Control and Certification Body, established by the Government of Aragon, with the primary mission to apply in the autonomous region, the control system established in the Regulation (EEC) 2092/91.
