We are producing several types of organic Pistachios. Pistachio kernels with skin and blanched kernels. Because the organic pistachios are from wild collection the size is small. All product is hand sorted and then laser sorted. The pistachios are shell-free. All pistachios are CO2 pressurized and 100% free of insects and mothes. The product is certified organic EU and NOP as well as Kosher.
