Our bee hives are kept in the Michigan fields where honey bees collect nectar from wild flowers.  Honey is extracted from the bee hives by spinning honeycomb in a centrifugal extractor.  It is then filtered, bottled and capped in airtight jars in order to preserve its fine flavour.
