Our indulgent mousse is handmade from our own smoked salmon along with organic whole milk creme fraiche, lemon and pepper to our own recipe creating a light and deliciously creamy product. Perfect stirred into pasta, made into ravioli or simply served on hot buttered toast with a glass of wine by the fire!!
